Storewide Recommendations

Storewide recommendations let you define a fixed list of products that will appear as recommendations on every product page in your store — without needing to set up individual bundles for each product.

This is ideal for:

  • New arrivals you want to promote store-wide

  • Best-sellers that complement most products

  • Products from a key collection you want to cross-sell everywhere

Accessing Storewide Recommendations

  1. Go to Bundle setup in the app sidebar

  2. Make sure Storewide recommendations are toggled on

  3. Click Configure next to Storewide recommendations

Adding Products

  1. On the Storewide Recommendations page, click Add products

  2. Use the search bar to find products by name

  3. Select the products you want to include

  4. Click Add to confirm

You can add up to 100 products to the storewide recommendations list.

Reordering Products

Drag any product row up or down using the drag handle on the left side of the row to reorder the list. The order you set here determines the default display order on the storefront.

Randomise Storefront Order

Enable the Randomise storefront order toggle if you want the app to shuffle the order of recommended products on each page load. This is useful for giving equal exposure to all products on the list rather than always showing the same ones first.

If the number of storewide products exceeds the recommendation count set in Bundle setup, the app will display only as many products as allowed. Enabling randomisation ensures different products appear on each visit.

Removing Products

To remove a product from the storewide list, click the Delete (trash) icon on its row. The product is removed immediately from the list (save is not required for removals, but confirm any unsaved additions first).

Priority and Blending

Storewide recommendations fill recommendation slots when a product does not have a custom bundle (or when custom bundles are disabled). In Standard algorithm mode:

  1. Custom bundle products are shown first (if available)

  2. Remaining slots are filled with storewide products

  3. Any remaining empty slots are filled with Random Picks (if enabled)

Products on the Excluded Products list will not appear in storewide recommendations, even if you have added them here.
