Performance Analytics
The app's Home dashboard gives you a clear picture of how your Frequently Bought Together bundles are performing. No third-party analytics tool is needed — the data is tracked automatically and displayed right in your app.
Accessing Analytics
Click Home (the app icon) in the left sidebar, or navigate to the app's main page. The Performance Overview section is displayed prominently on the dashboard.
Metrics Explained
The dashboard shows four key metrics, each covering the last 30 days:
Views
The total number of times the FBT widget was displayed on a product page. A view is counted each time a customer loads a product page where the widget appeared — regardless of whether they interacted with it.
Add to Cart Clicks
The number of times a customer clicked the Add Selected to Cart button. This metric shows customer engagement and purchase intent for your bundles.
Orders
The number of completed (paid) orders that included at least one product from a Frequently Bought Together bundle. This metric confirms actual conversions, not just intent.
Revenue
The total revenue (net of any FBT bundle discounts) generated from orders that contained a bundle. This is the direct monetary impact of the app on your store.
Reading the Numbers
To evaluate how well your bundles are working, look at the relationship between these metrics:
High Views, Low Add to Cart Clicks — customers see the widget but aren't engaging. Consider adjusting your product pairings or enabling a discount to increase appeal.
High Add to Cart Clicks, Low Orders — customers are engaging but not completing checkout. This may be a checkout or shipping issue unrelated to the FBT widget.
Low Views — the widget may not be appearing on many pages. Check your recommendation settings and ensure the theme embed is enabled.
Revenue is calculated from the order line items that include FBT bundle attributes, minus any discounts applied by the FBT discount function. It reflects the real incremental value the app is contributing.
Custom Bundles Quick Table
Below the performance metrics, the dashboard also shows a quick reference table of your recently active custom bundles — so you can quickly see which product bundles are set up without navigating to the Custom Bundles section.
Analytics Update Frequency
Analytics data is aggregated daily. Events (views, add-to-cart clicks) are tracked in real time, but the dashboard totals reflect the end-of-day aggregation. Real-time reporting is not available.
If you installed the app today, you will begin to see data from tomorrow once the first daily aggregation runs. The dashboard may show zeros for the first 24 hours.
