# Recommendation Settings

> The Bundle Setup page controls your recommendation algorithm (Standard or Exclusive Manual Bundles), the number of recommendations shown (1–5), and which recommendation types — custom bundles, storewide, and random picks — are enabled.

The **Bundle setup** page is the control centre for how the app selects and displays product recommendations across your store. Access it by clicking **Bundle setup** in the left sidebar of the app.

## Recommendation Algorithm

The algorithm setting determines which products are shown when a customer views a product page.

### Standard

The app fills the recommendation slots using the best available data from all enabled recommendation types in this priority order:

1. Custom bundle for the current product (if one exists and is enabled)
2. Storewide recommendations (if enabled)
3. Random Picks (if enabled)

If a custom bundle exists for the viewed product, it takes priority. Remaining slots are filled from other enabled types.

### Exclusive Manual Bundles

The widget only appears on product pages where you have manually created a custom bundle. Products without a custom bundle will not show the FBT widget at all.

## Number of Recommendations

The **Number of recommendations** slider controls how many recommended products appear alongside the main product (minimum 1, maximum 5).

**Do not apply limit to manual bundles** — Enable this toggle to let custom bundles show all their assigned products regardless of the number limit. The limit still applies to storewide and random recommendations.

## Types of Recommendations

Each recommendation type can be toggled on or off independently. You must have at least one type enabled for the widget to show recommendations.

Each type has a **Configure** button that opens its dedicated settings page.

## Saving Your Settings

Click **Save** after making any changes. Changes take effect on your storefront immediately after saving.
