# Hidden Recommendation Widgets

> The Hidden Recommendation Widgets let you disable the FBT widget on specific product pages. Products on this list show no recommendations on their own page, yet remain recommendable on other products.

The Hidden Recommendation Widgets list lets you completely disable the Frequently Bought Together widget on specific product pages. When a product is on this list, the FBT block will not appear at all when a customer views that product — regardless of what recommendations are configured.

## Excluded Products vs. Hidden Widgets

These two features are often confused. Here is the clear distinction:

Use **Excluded Products** when you don't want a product to be recommended to anyone. Use **Hidden Widgets** when you don't want to show any recommendations *on* a specific product page.

## Common Use Cases

* Simple or low-margin products where upselling isn't relevant (e.g. accessories priced under \$5)
* Products that are very specific and don't pair well with anything in your catalogue
* Pages where you don't want to distract shoppers from the main purchase
* Products where a different upsell or cross-sell app is already used

## Accessing Hidden Widgets

1. Go to **Bundle setup** in the app sidebar
2. Click **Configure** next to *Hidden Recommendation Widgets*

## Adding Products to the Hidden List

1. On the Hidden Widgets page, click **Disable widgets**
2. Search for the product by name
3. Select the products you want to hide the widget on
4. Click **Add** to confirm

You can add up to **100 products** to the hidden widgets list.

## Removing Products from the Hidden List

To re-enable the FBT widget on a product's page, click the **Delete** icon on that product's row. The widget will begin appearing on that product page immediately.

  Adding a product to the hidden list does not affect its ability to appear as a recommendation on other product pages. If you also want to prevent it from being recommended elsewhere, add it to Excluded Products separately.
